Ireland 9 Day Adventure

ARAN ISLANDS, DINGLE, KENMARE, KILLARNEY NATIONAL PARK AND MUCH MORE

Cost: $1,899

Dates: June 9-17, 2018

Overview

Explore Ireland for 9-Days, see amazing places and get a look into life and the culture of this incredible country. Participate in Irish culture; make soda bread, learn to speak some Irish, sail on traditional Irish sailboats and a lot more. This is a moderate paced tour allowing you to see a lot, but still taking some “you” time to explore. You should be physically fit and able to walk 3-5 miles, or more if you’re ambitious. Activities will include biking, hiking, and sailing.

Ireland is a country rich history, culture and beautiful scenery. You'll get an unforgettable taste of it on this cultural adventure tour. Meet your guides in Dublin and the adventure begins. Start by spending three days at a B&B on the remote Island of Inis Oirr, one of the Aran Islands, and get immersed in the culture and history of the islands that look out to the Cliffs of Moher. Learn to make soda bread and maybe even a little Gaelic from Paraic, owner of Mermaids Garden B&B where we’ll be staying 3 nights. Explore and see ancient Celtic ruins on Inis Oirr and Inis Mor, and sail the Ireland coast on a traditional Galway Hooker. Next head back to the mainland and spend two nights in the lively town of Dingle. Days will include a guided castle tour, a scenic driving tour on Slea Head Drive, and plenty of time to explore and experience this town overlooking the Dingle Bay during day and enjoy it's lively nightlife with great music and pints of Guinness. Drive the Ring of Kerry, visit Skellig Michael (or Jedi Temple to The Last Jedi and Force Awakens Star Wars fans) Spend nights in Portmagee, Kenmare, and Killarney. Check out and explore ancient sites as we drive town to town, get immersed in the history and culture in the southwestern coastal region of Ireland, and of course enjoy live music and pints at pubs each night.
